DESCRIPTION:Join us at Lookyhere for the very first Gel Printing get-together! Bring your gel plate\, brayer\, and some supplies and spend an hour making gel plate prints\, sharing ideas\, and creating art in a community setting. If you don’t feel like bringing your gel plate bring your gel prints and a project you’re working on. This event is open to gel plate printing beginners and enthusiasts alike. \nIf you’re curious about gel plate printing\, consider taking our Gel Plate Basics class immediately before the club time. Admission to the club is included in the class. \n(Gel Print Basics) \nAdmission is $10\, please bring your own gel plate and brayer. We’ll provide limited acrylic paint and paper. Please make sure to label your stencils or other tools to ensure they go home with you.

In addition to diving deep on Spectrolite\, we will compare multiple tools for color separation\, including other free web apps and color profiles in Photoshop. The Spectrolite portion of the workshop requires a Mac laptop; you are welcome to attend with any laptop with Photoshop\, with the understanding that alternate tools do not support imposition.
