DESCRIPTION:The Strange Page is a 7 week writing workshop open to all writing styles\, (poetry\, fiction\, CNF\, experimental\, etc!) but it must be kept under one page! Working with a new prompt each week\, class time will be divided evenly to critique and discuss everyone’s writing. This generative writing workshop is open to adults and mature teens with any level of writing experience. Limited to 12 students.\n\n\nAbout the teacher: Vanessa Brewster is a writer\, musician and educator living in Greenfield. She is a candidate in the Bennington MFA program for fiction and has a Masters degree in Spanish Literature from Middlebury College. Her work is published with Monkeybicycle and she is a cofounder and editor of Looky Here Magazine.

DESCRIPTION:The Collage Club is where you can play\, experiment\, and learn the fundamentals of creating a collage! No experience is necessary to participate and open to all ages!  All collage materials will be provided or you can bring your own. We will meet from 1-3 pm. Tickets for this event are $10 each class. Let’s cut things up\, glue them down\, and create something beautiful!  \n  \nBio: Bella LaMontagne is an analog collage artist based in Shelburne Falls Massachusetts. She is a Finalist in the 9th edition of the Boynes Artist Award: Young Artist Category. Her work has been published in multiple publications including\, the Red Ogre Review\, the Indianapolis Review\, the Santa Clara Review\, and Photosynthesis Magazine . Bella has exhibited her work both regionally and internationally. In March of 2023 Bella was an artist in residence\, hosted by the Kolaj Institute\, at the Knoxville Museum of Art in Knoxville Tennessee where she explored the role of folklore within the context of collage.
