Come learn how to make paper pulp art that is a combination of collage, assemblage, painting and bas-relief sculpture!
In this workshop, you will make a batch of paper pulp out of stuff from the recycling bin. Local paper artist Amanda Petrovato will show you what she has learned about creating with this versatile and inexpensive medium.
You are invited to bring a few pieces of junk mail or paper packaging or you are welcome to use the materials provided. This workshop is for anyone age 10 and up.

Amanda Petrovato is an Easthampton resident and artist who has been working in western
Massachusetts for over 20 years. Amanda believes that nobody should be denied creative expression or inhibited by the expense of traditional art materials. She has recently been experimenting with the possibilities of repurposing used materials which can be acquired at low or no cost and wants to share what she is learning.
